Meet Laura Fair, the first person to complete all four modules from Gold Mind Academy! Along with her ADHD Specialist Coaching certificate, Laura holds a Master’s in Coaching Psychology from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and is actively working toward her PCC credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Deeply passionate about neurodiversity and mental health due to her own personal experiences, Laura founded ABOUND Consulting, where she is dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals in the workplace through coaching, training and consulting. She blends her expertise with a playful and open approach, fostering a safe environment where clients feel encouraged to step outside their comfort zones while addressing sensitive or challenging topics.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys golfing, hiking with her partner, and spending time with their cat, Lionel. She also spends her Sundays coaching athletes with disabilities and helping them achieve their goals.
