Meet Alex

Alex Campbell, ACC, MBACP.

Alex was one of the first 40 people to be officially diagnosed and treated for ADHD in the UK, back in 1990. Having burnt-out a successful career in the film & television industry - he transitioned into the field of mental health, people development and corporate wellbeing training.

This has given him a great deal of experience and insight in working with diverse groups of people, especially high performing environments where mental health is a vulnerable point.

He has provided corporate training, oversight and 1:1 support for organisations such as Baker McKenzie, Vivid Economics (now Mckenzie & Co), Federated Hermes, King’s College London, Twinkl and Edge Technology Group. Alex is also a board member of ADHD New Zealand and regularly speaks on topics including, well-being, mental health, resilience, Neurodiversity and leadership.
