About Me
Hey, I'm Emma, a late diagnosed AuDHDer, coaching full time since 2020.
You don't need the polished bio and good vibes only tshirt, because to create the change you actually want is messy, takes courage and a good dose of vulnerability. But for that to happen you need to feel safe. So here is the messy me.
My ADHD was very obvious yet it took depression, anxiety, years of therapy and hitting my wall to finally have it recognised and take steps to change my life.
Despite ‘achieving’ I always felt like unfulfilled potential. Now I get to define my success and feel good about myself.
I left corporate life to follow my dreams, but misjudged entrepreneurship and cried many times. ADHD coaching has allowed me to have the confidence to set my own standards and unconvential (fun) ways.
I am British living in the Netherlands, raising a Dutch family. The further I move from my cultural roots the more I question the meaning of belonging. So belonging with myself is key.
I am proud of where I am today because my growth hasn't come from being better, it's come from taking off all the layers of sh*t that had piled up and trusting who I was all along.
