About Me

Hello! I'm Ezzy — and if you've spent years wondering why your brain works the way it does, why fitting in always felt like a performance, or why tasks that seem simple to everyone else can feel genuinely impossible, you're in exactly the right place.

I was late-diagnosed with ADHD too. And like so many of us, that diagnosis didn't come with a map. Coaching gave me mine — and now I help fellow late-diagnosed ADHDers find calmness and compassion in the circus upstairs.

Through coaching I was able to:

- Advocate for my needs at work, in a world that wasn't built with my brain in mind.

- Understand the patterns that kept pulling me toward draining friendships and high-drama situations.

- Replace shame with self-compassion when getting started felt paralysing; turns out it was never laziness or incompetence.

Before becoming a coach, I spent my career in Consumer Research, Brand Strategy and Product Development — work that was fundamentally about understanding how humans think, feel and make decisions. (I even took an entrepreneurial detour — attempting that without knowing I had ADHD was a whirlwind to say the least!) That background shapes how I coach: curious, human-centred, and always looking for what's underneath the surface.

Based in Cape Town and originally from the UK, I work with clients online across timezones.

You've spent long enough figuring this out alone — let's figure it out together.
