I’m Sarah, a passionate ADHD Coach diving into the world of neurodiversity. My multicultural journey, from Paris to Madrid, Sydney, and now Malaga, has enriched my understanding and appreciation for diverse perspectives. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, I’ve connected with people from all over the world, making my coaching practice uniquely vibrant and inclusive.
As a proud mom of two amazing kids—Noah, 7 years old with Down syndrome, and Emma, 5 years old expressing so much ADHD...certainty—I’ve experienced firsthand the ups and downs of navigating neurodiversity. Love how that sounds, but in reality, it’s been more of a constant fight just to get basic human rights. This personal journey inspired me to co-found DownContigo, a non-profit dedicated to advocating for neurodivergent children and their families here in Malaga.
