Just imagine

You leave with a clearer understanding of neurodivergence and how it shows up in coaching. You’ve made sense of things that never quite clicked before - your clients, your tools, maybe even yourself. And you walk away with practical shifts you can start using straight away to help your clients feel more seen, supported, and understood.

Is this you?

You’re a coach who works with neurodivergent clients and wants to do better by them.

You’re curious about how your own brain wiring affects how you coach.

You want practical tools to apply immediately—without signing up for a full certification (yet).

You’re preparing for ICF recredentialing and want meaningful CCE hours, not checkbox learning.

By the end of this deep dive you’ll have…

  • Many coaching models assume a neurotypical brain. You’ll learn how to notice and gently challenge those assumptions in yourself and your practice.

  • You’ll understand executive function as dynamic, interest-based, and deeply contextual - especially for ADHD and other neurodivergent wiring.

  • You’ll recognise how things like sensory overload, working memory, and emotional intensity affect your clients - and how to coach with that in mind.

  • You’ll explore how coaching can unintentionally uphold ableism or exclusion - and what small shifts can lead to more equitable spaces.

  • You’ll reflect on how your own cognitive style shapes your coaching presence, your blind spots, and the kinds of clients you feel most at home with.
