About Me
Hi, I'm Alan - ADHD coach and founder of WhereFocusGoes.
I retrained as an ADHD coach with Gold Mind Academy after a 20+ year career in the creative industries. I ran a creative video production agency for nearly a decade so I know what it means to thrive amongst chaos - but I also know what its like to burnout, and what it takes to not just recover, but THRIVE.
Since receiving my diagnosis at the age of 40, I've been on a mission to finally make my Big Brilliant Brain work for me, instead of against me - and now I'm out to change the world, one brain at a time.
I work with performance minded ADHDers who are looking to harness their strengths, tame their doubts and succeed in their high-pressure roles - without burning out.
