I’m an ADHD coach with lived experience of ADHD and autism.
I know how it feels when your brain works differently in a world that often doesn’t.
My coaching offers a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what really matters to you, without pressure. Together we use ADHD-informed tools and models to help you:
Untangle the perfectionism-shame cycle
Find ways to get started (and keep going) that suit your brain
Build confidence and self-trust in daily life and work
Before training as a coach, I worked in tech as a software developer, in NHS mental health services, and student welfare in higher education, so I understand the challenges of fast-paced, demanding environments for neurodivergent people.
My style is curious, compassionate, and collaborative, with a little humour along the way. Coaching with me is about creating sustainable change, not one-size-fits-all cookie-cutter solutions.
