About Me
Meet Laura Fair, the first person to complete all 4 modules from Gold Mind Academy! Prior to her time with Gold Mind, Laura completed a Master of Business and Coaching Psychology at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. Deeply passionate about neurodiversity and mental health due to her own personal experiences, Laura's Master's dissertation topic centered on coaching for neurodiversity in the workplace. Laura’s research and journey towards understanding her own neurodivergence, specifically ADHD led her to want to continue her coaching training with Gold Mind.
While continuing her coaching training, Laura founded ABOUND Consulting, where she is dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals in the workplace through coaching, training and consulting. As well as her facilitation experience through ABOUND, Laura is also an Associate with Fairwinds Training and Development where she helps facilitate meaningful discussion and training.
Living in Nova Scotia, Canada, Laura's time difference lends itself to anyone in the UK who would prefer late afternoon or evening sessions.
