About Me

I’m Lynne and I specialise in working with people who are ADHD and/or Autistic. I recognise the wide variance in how people think, perceive, and communicate. I work to promote understanding, appreciation, and acceptance (including self-acceptance) of difference.

I have experience of living in and parenting a now-grown-up neurodivergent family and like many parents of neurodivergent children, I discovered my neurodivergence (ADHD) late in life.

I keep myself well by doing frequent and extremely short yoga practices, walking my dogs in the woods, and spending time with people who want to talk about things that matter to me.

My current hobby is crocheting but it may have changed by the time you read this.
