About Me
I work with professionals with ADHD ( diagnosed or self identified ) over 25 that are looking to understand their ADHD brains.
Medication ( if you can have it! ) is only a part of the puzzle and often after diagnosis people are left feeling 'but now what?'
Through specialist ADHD coaching I help bridge the gap between diagnosis and understanding how to work with your ADHD brain rather than against it.
I'm father to an ADHDer and on my own journey exploring my potential neurodiversity too.
Lover of great coffee, cinema, physical books and Columbo. Usually not at the same time!
I trained with Goldmind Academy for ADHD specific coaching.
Previously I have been trained as a transformational life coach with Animas.
Prior to this I worked as an NHS GP for 15 years and made the decision to seek a more rewarding career that worked for me in 2020. I am not registered as an NHS doctor by choice now so please understand I cannot offer medical advice!
