About Me

I was 40 when I realized I had ADHD.

For much of my life, I moved through cycles of big ideas, determination, and achievement—followed by fading motivation, restlessness, burnout, and self-doubt. Even in my dream job as a pediatric speech-language pathologist, the administrative demands surrounding the client work I loved became difficult to sustain.

While learning about ADHD to better support children and families, I discovered Gold Mind Academy—and recognized my own experience in its description of ADHD. Patterns I had struggled with for years finally began to make sense.

That discovery changed how I understood and cared for myself and opened a new direction for my work. I graduated from Gold Mind Academy’s ICF-accredited Level 1 coach-training program and became a Certified ADHD-Informed Coach, a personally transformative experience.

Today, I offer online, one-on-one ADHD coaching for adult women with ADHD or ADHD traits and all parents raising a child with ADHD or ADHD traits. I bring together my coach training, lived experience, and years supporting children and families as a speech-language pathologist. My coaching services are informed by but separate from speech-language pathology services.

My approach is neuroaffirming, strengths-based, compassionate, and practical. Together, we build on the wisdom you already carry to deepen understanding, strengthen self-trust and relationships, and find strategies that work with your brain. My hope is to help you move forward with greater clarity, compassion, and space to thrive as your authentic self.
