Business name: The Neurodivergent Strategist

About Me

Jo created her brand - The Neurodivergent Strategist – so she could provide a space dedicated to ADHD awareness, understanding, and empowerment. Her mission is to shine a light on the powerful truth that ADHD opens the door to a whole new world of joy, hope, happiness, acceptance, peace, and, most importantly, the possibility of finally meeting our full potential.

Jo’s journey is deeply personal. After spending 47 years unknowingly navigating life with ADHD, her diagnosis became a transformational moment—her biggest lightbulb. Everything began to make sense. She always knew, deep down, that she was capable of more. Like many of the women she now supports, she just didn’t know how to get there until she understood her neurodivergent profile.

After doing thousands of hours of research, Jo built her own unique neurodiverse profile; she discovered that she has ADHD, autism, dyslexia, OCD, and dyscalculia.

Specialising in ADHD, Jo brings kind, compassionate, and practical support to late-diagnosed women. Her coaching style is filled with awareness, wonder, laughter, acceptance, and insight—offering a safe space to explore the blueprint of your brain and to finally stop mistaking your traits for personality flaws.

Jo’s sessions focus on rewriting the internal narrative—the one that blames you for being disorganised, forgetful, or inconsistent. Through a strengths-based approach, she helps her clients understand their emotions and unmet needs, guiding them to reconnect with their inner selves and re-author the story they’ve been telling themselves and by others.

She believes that ADHD brains are rich with gifts—creativity, innovation, playfulness, and energy—and that by understanding how the neurotypical world is set up, we can begin to make it work for us rather than against us.

The work Jo does empowers her clients to advocate for themselves, their neurodiverse children, and others they love. Her goal is simple but powerful: to help people create a life that flows with their ADHD, not in spite of it—a life filled with joy, freedom, and self-celebration.
