Looking to become an ACC or PCC coach?

As a CCE-accredited provider by the International Coach Federation (ICF), we offer specialised training that prepares you to excel in coaching ADHDers, guiding you through the ICF’s Portfolio Path to certification.

Training Programs offered

Choose from two distinct pathways, each designed to meet your career goals and ICF accreditation requirements:

Certificate in ADHD-Informed Coaching: Dive into 65 hours of comprehensive training tailored for emerging ADHD coaches.

Certificate in ADHD Specialist Coaching: Advance your expertise with 115 hours of in-depth training, preparing you for more complex cases and challenges in ADHD coaching.

ICF Credentialing Process

There are 3 accreditations that the ICF grant:
ACC - Associate Certified Coach
PCC - Professional Certified Coach
MCC - Master Certified Coach

  • For ACC you need a minimum of 60hrs of ICF accredited training. Our Certificate in ADHD-Informed Coaching more than meets this (65hrs).
    For PCC, you need a minimum of 125hrs of ICF accredited training. If you complete both our training certificates, this gives you a total of 115hrs which means you will need to find an additional 10hrs to meet their minimum criteria.

  • For ACC, you need to accrue a minimum of 100 1:1 coaching hours
    For PCC, you needy to accrue a minimum of 500 coaching hours.

  • Forth ACC or PCC, you need a minimum of 10 Mentor Coaching hours (7 can be group mentoring & 3 an be 1:1)

  • You need to submit an actual coaching session to the ICF for review - depend on your application, they will be assessing you against with the ACC or PCC markers.

  • You will need to take the ICF’s Coach Credentialing exam.

Portfolio Path

All our training programs are accredited at the Continuing Coach Education (CCE) level. This accreditation level means that the hours spent training with us can contribute towards your application for ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation. While we are not currently accredited as an ICF Level 1 or Level 2 training provider, it is a direction we are actively pursuing for the future. To become an ICF ACC or PCC coach, applicants must apply via the ICF's Portfolio Path. Links to more details on this and any example portfolio application are below:
