About Bex (she/her)

Bex was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, a turning point that helped her make sense of years of masking, overworking, and burnout. The diagnosis didn’t just give her answers; it gave her language, self-compassion, and permission to understand herself differently.

Through ADHD coaching, Bex learned to pause, listen to her needs, and rebuild a life and career that supports her unique wiring. This journey reconnected her to her values - authenticity, growth, and manaakitanga* and reshaped her purpose to help others do the same.

Before coaching, Bex spent years in aviation, global supply chain and digital transformation, working in complex, high-performing environments. Now, she integrates that experience with an ADHD-informed coaching lens, helping clients move from self-doubt to self-trust and create sustainable change that honours their energy, rhythm, and humanity.

Bex believes that thriving with ADHD isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about learning to work with your brain, not against it. Her coaching approach invites curiosity, kindness, and courage. Supporting clients to show up fully, as they are.

* manaakitanga - (noun) hospitality, kindness, generosity, support - the process of showing respect, generosity and care for others.
