Just imagine

It’s Day 3 of in-person training. You’re mid-conversation, practising a coaching skill that finally clicks. The question you ask opens something up, and you see it - that flicker of insight in your client’s eyes. You feel it too: grounded, present, and clear. You’re not stuck in your head or wondering if you’re doing it right. You’re in the room, connected, and coaching with calm confidence. This isn’t theory anymore. It’s something you can feel in your body. In that moment, you realise you are becoming the coach you always hoped you could be.

Braver, Clearer, More Connected

Lynn joined our in-person training to grow her confidence with ADHD-specific tools - and left with much more.

“I loved the opportunity to do this module face to face. I loved learning to really embody strengths in my coaching. I loved the structure of the week, the balance between teaching and practice, and the way it clearly connected to the PAAC/PCC markers. It was such an experiential, process-driven, hands-on training where we were supported in being brave, kind and present. This created a sense of safety and community that allowed us all to come out of our comfort zone and take risks in our learning.”

Hear Lucy’s story

After just one week of in-person training, Lucy found more than skill, she found connection and a whole new way of seeing herself.

“Probably for the first time in nearly 44 years, I’m now starting to get that clarity on what I need and how I can really thrive with ADHD… and that’s the power of Gold Mind. It doesn’t just feel like development for me as a coach. It feels like development for me as a person.”

FAQs

  • No. Only Modules 3 is available in person. This module is highly experiential, making it ideal for in-person delivery. Modules 1 and 2 are more process-led and designed to unfold over time, which suits the live online format better.

  • Possibly! If there’s space available and we’re able to fill your online spot, we can transfer your place. Please contact us for availability and upgrade fee details.

  • Not at all.

After Module 3, you’ll have three one-to-one mentor coaching sessions with an experienced ICF PCC or MCC coach. These sessions will meet the new ICF formative evaluation requirements.

Rather than evaluating coaching ability at a single point in time, this approach allows learners to demonstrate competency across multiple interactions and learning experiences. You’ll be evaluated against ICF PCC-level standards and the PAAC 5 Essentials by our ICF trained assessors.

You’ll also join three group supervision sessions to help you stay resourced, supported, and reflective. This is your space to explore what’s coming up in your coaching, look after your wellbeing, and develop a practice that feels grounded and sustainable.

  • Yes. You can spread your tuition across monthly payments. The only requirement is that payments are completed by the end of your final module. Maximum payment term is 12 months. For custom plans, email us at hello@goldmindacademy.com.

  • No. Your training fee does not include travel, accommodation, or meals. We’ll provide light refreshments during the day, but you’ll need to arrange your own main meals, a place to stay and travel.

  • We allow some flexibility here. If you’re joining an in-person Module 3, you must have completed at least Module 1. We may allow you to join if you haven’t quite finished Module 2 yet. Please email hello@goldmindacademy.com to discuss your specific training journey.
