Experience ADHD Coach Training in Person

Join us for immersive, face-to-face learning where connection, insight, and transformation come alive.

What if your biggest shift happens face-to-face?

Build trust in your coaching

Practise in real time, receive feedback in the moment, and feel your confidence grow session by session.

Be supported by the group

Learning live alongside others builds momentum, sparks motivation, and creates the safety to go deeper in your own process.

Feel it, not just think it

When you’re in the room, learning becomes lived. Coaching presence becomes something you experience, not just understand.

Just imagine

It’s Day 3 of in-person training. You’re mid-conversation, practising a coaching skill that finally clicks. The question you ask opens something up, and you see it - that flicker of insight in your client’s eyes. You feel it too: grounded, present, and clear. You’re not stuck in your head or wondering if you’re doing it right. You’re in the room, connected, and coaching with calm confidence. This isn’t theory anymore. It’s something you can feel in your body. In that moment, you realise you are becoming the coach you always hoped you could be.

Braver, Clearer, More Connected

Lynn joined our in-person training to grow her confidence with ADHD-specific tools - and left with much more.

“I loved the opportunity to do this module face to face. I loved learning to really embody strengths in my coaching. I loved the structure of the week, the balance between teaching and practice, and the way it clearly connected to the PAAC/PCC markers. It was such an experiential, process-driven, hands-on training where we were supported in being brave, kind and present. This created a sense of safety and community that allowed us all to come out of our comfort zone and take risks in our learning.”

Lynn Frank, EMCC Coaching Psychologist

Hear Lucy’s story

After just one week of in-person training, Lucy found more than skill, she found connection and a whole new way of seeing herself.

“Probably for the first time in nearly 44 years, I’m now starting to get that clarity on what I need and how I can really thrive with ADHD… and that’s the power of Gold Mind. It doesn’t just feel like development for me as a coach. It feels like development for me as a person.”

FAQs

  • No. Only Modules 3 and 4 are available in person. These modules are highly experiential, making them ideal for in-person delivery. Modules 1 and 2 are more process-led and designed to unfold over time, which suits the live online format better.

  • No. Module 4 is designed for coaches who already have ADHD coaching experience working with ADHD clients. You’ll need 3–6 months between modules to practise what you’ve learnt in Module 3, build up coaching hours, and be ready for advanced work in Module 4.

  • Possibly! If there’s space available and we’re able to fill your online spot, we can transfer your place. The upgrade fee for in-person training is £750 + VAT. If we can’t fill your original spot, you’ll need to pay the full in-person rate.

  • Not at all. After Module 3, you’ll receive three 1:1 mentor coaching sessions to help you refine your skills and prepare for your coaching assessment. After Module 4, you’ll continue with supervision and group integration sessions to embed your learning and support your wellbeing and working towards assessment.

  • Yes. You can spread your tuition across monthly payments. The only requirement is that payments are completed by the end of your final module. Maximum payment term is 12 months. For custom plans, email us at hello@goldmindacademy.com.

  • No. Your training fee does not include travel, accommodation, or meals. We’ll provide light refreshments during the day, but you’ll need to arrange your own main meals, a place to stay and travel.

  • We allow some flexibility here. If you’re joining an in-person Module 3, you must have completed  at least Module 1, but Module 2 must be completed afterwards, depending on your training pathway and upcoming cohorts.
