About Lizzie (she/her)
Lizzie is an experienced leadership coach with a deep commitment to neurodivergent inclusion. Her journey with ADHD began in 2021 when her son’s diagnosis led her to recognise her own challenges with activation and organisation—insights that became even clearer while studying for an MSc. In 2022, she received her own ADHD diagnosis, profoundly reshaping her understanding of herself and her work.
With a natural ability to focus intently on her clients, Lizzie excels at making connections, offering observations, and simplifying complex models. She brings an intersectional lens to coaching, informed by her MSc research into how protected characteristics are considered in coach training. Her studies, alongside the impact of Dr. Dwight Turner’s Mockingbird: Intersections of Privilege and Otherness in Counselling, deepened her awareness of neurodivergent experiences within professional development.
Lizzie’s ADHD coaching expertise was honed through Gold Mind Academy’s training— experience she credits with transforming her life and significantly impacting both her coaching and leadership work. She firmly believes that neurodivergent-aware coaching benefits all clients, not just those with ADHD.
Now a proud faculty member at Gold Mind Academy, Lizzie continues to learn, advocate, and support others in their growth
