About Lynne (She/Her)

Lynne Tapper has been coaching neurodivergent adults since 2018. Following her ADHD diagnosis in 2023, she pursued specialist ADHD coach training through Gold Mind Academy. Gold Mind’s experiential learning approach allowed Lynne to learn in real time with fellow participants, a method that suited her best. The academy’s models and frameworks for building an ADHD lens deepened her understanding and self-acceptance, enriching her personally and enhancing her ability to support her clients.

As an ICF (PCC) credentialed coach, Lynne finds fulfillment in helping others understand how their brains and nervous systems function through an ADHD lens. She takes pride in witnessing individuals connect with their authentic selves, recognising their strengths and needs.

With a career rooted in adult education, Lynne’s experience includes teaching English as a foreign language and working as an NHS Speech and Language Therapist. In the latter role, she ran courses for deaf adults and the professionals who worked with them. She thrives in collaborative learning environments where people exchange ideas and grow together, a passion she brings to her role with the Gold Mind Faculty.

Lynne is married to Paul, a self-diagnosed autistic individual, and they have four grown children with diverse neurotypes. She advocates for broader acceptance of the varied ways humans process, perceive, and communicate, challenging the “one-size-fits-all” mindset.

Lynne practices pausing through brief yoga sessions and daily woodland walks with her dogs. She is also a happily inconsistent but dedicated Park Runner.
