About Minesh (he/him)
For over 20 years, Minesh has worked in large organisations, supporting people in their development and growth. He takes pride in his achievements and the impact he has made. Coming from a working-class Indian background, Minesh is also neurodivergent—an ADHDer and dyslexic—and has vitiligo, a condition that began at 19 when his dark brown skin started to lose its pigment.
He openly shares these aspects of his identity because he believes that who we are—our similarities and differences—matters, and no one should feel the need to leave any part of themselves at the door. His coaching approach is deeply informed by an intersectional lens.
As someone with ADHD and dyslexia, Minesh once felt broken, as if he were held together by sellotape. However, discovering the power of his neurodivergent lens and its influence on his life has been both challenging and empowering. The certainty he has found in himself is something he never imagined possible. By embracing his neurodiversity, he has unlocked self-validation and growth, reducing his dependence on external affirmation and gaining a more granular understanding of his strengths and emotions. This journey has led him to ask a powerful question: What if I were to do ADHD on purpose?
