About Suzy (she/they)

Suzy is an ADHD-specialist coach who works predominantly with neurodivergent business owners around the world, helping them to start, run and grow successful businesses because of ADHD, rather than in spite of it.

Suzy founded the Technicolour Project in 2022 after their own AuDHD diagnosis finally made sense of their own squiggly career, focussed on advising entrepreneurs in their ventures but taking a few detours to other interesting destinations like journalism, bookkeeping, and cake making!

They lead with compassion, kindness, and a burning desire to create positive change and inclusion in their communities: learn, grow, do better. It’s fair to say Suzy didn’t have a great experience in education as a teen, but has finally been able to let their love of learning flourish.

Suzy is… colourful. In all of the ways. A keen ballroom dancer AND a massive professional wrestling fan? Sure. Why not?!

Fuelled by sparkling water, cake, and Care Bears, Suzy is happiest when helping people to find answers to questions they might not even know existed, cheering on self employed people as they strive to meet their own needs outside of an employment structure that didn’t do them justice. And that, perhaps, is their greatest aspiration: that no neurodivergent person ever feels they can’t meet their own needs through self employment.

And that more people learn the joy of wearing dungarees.
