About Me

I founded RiverRhee in 2009 after spending 25+ years in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a line manager and internal trainer, facilitator and business change programme manager.

I am a qualified coach, with a Post Graduate certificate from Barefoot Coaching and the University of Chester. I am accredited with the International Coaching Federation to PCC level (Professional Certified Coach) and have completed training with Climate Change Coaching. I am qualified as an ADHD Specialist Coach with the Gold Mind Academy.

Becoming a coach involves an enormous amount of self-development, and this is an on-going processs. My book “Coaching in the Helix. How self-development impacts the quality of our coaching.” is a reflection of the journey I am on, with insights that I hope will support other coaches in their journeys.

I help my clients understand themselves, develop their self-awareness, lean into their strengths and develop strategies for their challenges. We focus on such things as interpersonal and communication skills and executive functions such as self-organisation, and dealing with change.

I deliver awareness seminars on Neurodiversity as well as coaching neurodivergent individuals and their managers.

My group coaching style workshops on climate and nature action give people a safe and supportive space to explore how they are feeling and what they would like to do in relation to the nature and climate crisis. I provide one-to-one coaching in this area too.
