About Me
I work primarily with late-diagnosed, mid to senior-level professionals. I help them build confidence in their achievements while improving their wellbeing.
I discovered I had ADHD shortly after leaving secure employment to establish my coaching practice. Over 18 years I built a successful career in user-centred design, yet behind the scenes I was often working twice as hard to stay afloat.
Understanding my neurodivergence helped me make sense of the hidden barriers I’d faced throughout my career—it explained both my strengths and the unsustainable patterns I had normalised.
Working with an ADHD coach showed me how to work with, rather than against, my brain. It also clarified my direction—to specialise in coaching other late-diagnosed professionals who want to thrive at work without burning out.
Over the previous two decades I’ve helped organisations understand human behaviour and design environments where people can do their best work. That background now underpins my coaching: I bring a deep understanding of how workplace structures, expectations and culture shape performance.
Through Gold Mind’s rigorous Level 2 ICF-accredited ADHD specialist training, I was introduced to established, evidence-based frameworks and developed the skill to apply them ethically and effectively in coaching practice.
The combination of my lived experience, formal training and systems-thinking expertise allows me to support professionals in navigating both their internal dynamics and the organisational environments in which they operate.
As a proud bisexual and genderqueer coach, I actively welcome clients from the LGBTQIA+ community and understand the additional layers of masking that can shape a professional life.
